Shipping Policy

Turnaround

For all New Zealand orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

For New Zealand orders, we use the following carriers to deliver our orders: - 

NZ Couriers - Standard delivery with NZ Couriers is typically overnight - please select NZ Couriers if your order is urgent.

Post Haste - Standard delivery with Post Haste Couriers is typically 2-3 working days - please select NZ Couriers if your order is urgent.

PBT Couriers - Standard delivery with PBT to addresses in North Island is mostly overnight. Standard delivery with PBT in South Island takes 3 - 4 working days. 

Please note: All Rural deliveries may take up to an extra 5 days longer than the standard delivery options and a rural delivery fee applies.

Please note: Shipping to Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island will be delivered with NZ Post.

Overseas orders

For all overseas orders, the shipping rate may vary to that of which our website charges.  We will be in contact with the shipping costs. 

We use NZ Post Untracked service for international orders as this is the most cost effective.

Please let us know if you require it to be tracked - however there is a considerable price difference for tracked orders.  

Items over 1m long can not be shipped overseas. 

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.  

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
