With the hex as pictured (makes the re-fitting a lot easier).
This is the longer type cylinder head adaptor tube, which allows fitment of the bypass hose (12A1093MS or GZA2083 shortened to 42.5mm) without removing the head.
The shortened hose slides up the tube and then back down on the water pump tube.
Frequently rusted on old heads and not even there on newer heads.
Sold individually.
Recommend: 1 x 12A2075 per Mini.
